I'm not sure what's up with the cat not printing. We have done this deal numerous times now & twice the cat has not printed. I don't know if it was the register or what. Also, have had the BOGO ZVR not come off one time which was really random b/c it has come off fine every other time. I don't know what's up with their system sometimes, but oh well. I've only had the ZVR not work twice so far & the other one was just for a $.50 one on pampers wipes which I decided wasn't worth making a stink over.

I am in Hickory, and my BOGO Evic Q did not come off. So I didn't buy it, so I can't confirm or deny if the cat prints in Hickory or not.

Thanks! We are going to start shopping at Harris Teeter- even though it is several miles further- because they double coupons. The only grocery close to us is Kroger and that store has all but quit taking coupons.

I saw a few times now that if I don't give them my eVic card to scan before they scan the item, the ZVR won't come off! It happened before and even 2 days ago, with Lunchables, when I forgot to give them my card until the end. Luckily, I had only a few items and they redid the transaction (I just told them to void the 2 Lunchables, then scan them again, but they just wanted to do the whole transaction, all over). After having my card before the item, the ZVR came off right away!
Also, the $1 off cat prints at the very end, the same time with the receipt! So you have to make sure that the cashier gives it to you, and doesn't miss it, while she/he is paying attention to the receipt.

I would email the company. I email companies all the time about things. I have emailed about products I bought and even if I threw the packaging away the company usually tries to resolve it. I have even had some ask for the location and such so they can check and make sure the product was transferred ok.

The catalina deal is over as of today (it ran from 4/18/11 to 5/15/11). You should have gotten your cat yesterday...I would definitely contact the company.

I have only recently started paying attention to sales & coupons...so I can't really remember how much I normally pay for cat litter...Seems like I may have gotten Arm & Hammer for around $2.99-3.99 before without a coupon or sale...Just wondering.
