Thanks Moggy. Only thing I saw on express lane I am interested in is 99c a pound green beans and the glory beans. My chest freezer (one of the big ones) is FULL and so is my pantry. Think I'ss stay away from stores this week except for produce, milk and the glory beans!

They are definitely smokey. I like them but they aren't regular old black beans. I tipped my mom off to the Glory q and she got some but didn't care for them. We like them (In fact, my 1yo eats handfulls!). Definitely try them to see what you think.

I like the glory beans as well, but I am a bean lover! I will be getting blackbeans and pintos for sure to eat with all the free rice that I have stored up.

All of the glory veggies are seasoned - 'southern style' - although I'm in the south and they're not seasoned the way anyone I know does them. But I still like them. Get a free can and give them a try - after all, it won't cost you anything but the tax.

The low sodium ones taste just like regular black beans, no smokey taste at all.We have been making bean burritos with them and they are really good.
