read Kellogg's Eggo Production Issues
Hi,

Today at my HT store in N VA area, the Frozen Food aisle had a sign posted regarding Kellogg's Eggo products. It said--"Due to Kellogg's Production Problems with Eggos--Eggos were unavailable."

I asked the Customer Service Managers ("white-shirt" managers) and Store Managers if they would "substitute" a comparable product and if I could use my Eggos coupons. They did let me; and I had a great day--YMMV.

Ask your managers to "substitute" a comparable product and most likely they will do it. Also, I got rain checks for the Eggos products.

Yes, I was curious to see if other stores had this sign. Probably Giant/Super G, Wegman's, and other stores had this issue too.
