Hi,

Check out Safeway's sale circular for week of 10/14/09 to 10/20/09 for Tide detergent for $5.99/with Safeway coupon. It is located in the sales flyer on Page 3 on the right side where you cut-out Safeway's coupons.

I purchased 20 bottles of Tide HE using Safeway coupons and other Tide coupons today for $4.99/per bottle after all discounts. I told store manager that I didn't want to go to Safeway. I had the Safeway ads with the coupons and he honored the prices and coupons. Great day to shop! YMMV--it never hurts to go to the top!

The Tide detergent is normally $7.99 at Safeway and HT stores. With the Safeway Shoppers Club Card the price is $6.99--with Safeway coupons in circular ad it is $5.99 for all scents. See their ads for details.

Anyway if your HT store won't honor the Safeway sales flyer coupons, just price match at Target or Wal-mart stores. Even though HT doesn't price match, just ask the store manager(s) if they will accept Safeway's coupons and they won't lose your business. I bought alot today--2 carts of groceries.

Don't forget the Safeway circular ad ends today, Tuesday, 10/20/09, for the Tide sale. Also I picked-up "extra" sales flyers at the door entrance/exit doors of Safeway's stores. The ads are in a newstand at the doors of the store entrance/exit doors.

Hopefully, your Wal-mart, Target, and HT stores will accept their coupons and "price-match". Just ask your store managers.
