Hi - I just checked my local express lane and it's only the Whole Grain pasta on sale for $1. Unfortunately, the box shown online says "Whole Grain" and not "Whole Wheat". I thought they'd probably be the same thing, but the barcode on the coupon does not match the Whole Grain pasta on Express Lane, so it will beep. I don't see any Whole Wheat on Express Lane. Honestly I think they are probably the same pasta as the box design is nearly identical.

I so cannot use anymore free pasta in this house. But I may have to pick some up for friends/family/donations.

Yupp,.... I did the following earlier just to make sure it is O.K. to print multiples:

I printed just ONE and then tried to print the Qpon again... it worked... and I printed 1 again... worked... and another one again.. worked.. and uuh.. 1 again....... you get the picture

Just a head's up, this coupon did beep. The manager was bagging and pushed it through with no question and doubled it, but my HTs have the most wonderful customer service. I don't know if anyone might run into issues elsewhere.

The box on the coupon says "Whole Wheat" and underneath Whole Grain Pasta, so to me that certainly seems as if Whole Wheat and the "Whole Grain" in the store are the same thing, but fyi...

Just got an answer back from Mueller's! What really surprised me and got me kinda off guard (in a good way!) is that they'll gonna send me coupons (even the email states "recent request" I did NOT request it!) How nice is that!?

Here is the e-mail:

Oh... and let me add (especially for new members): Even the CS person said it should be good on ANY Mueller's pasta I personally would NOT use it on any. The coupon has a restriction and I personally would not feel comfortable to "stretch it" like that.

Cool for the BirdsEye, thanks for checking on that! Well, I already got 25 , but it's good to know in case I want to get more coupons. In the winter it's SO nice to have those frozen vegetables around, when the produce selection around here isn't that great. And the Steamfresh kind make such a quick side to the meal. I just wish they had a few more varieties included.

I just have a regular fridge with a freezer included. So I can't stock up that well on frozen stuff. Can't wait when we finally move... Then I am gonna buy a BIG BIG BIIIIG freezer (though I am just waiting for my "luck" to kick in and ending up somewhere with no doubles and almost no good deals!! )

Soooo today I wanted to get some of those Mueller's pasta and the same lady who did an override yesterday with no problem huffed and puffed about it today telling me this is the wrong coupon and so on and I mean this literally, she acted so annoyed and, ja, I would say almost childish... I was speechless!!!

Very shocked to get such a treatment at this HT!!! I must have sounded like an idiot since I was so baffled by her reaction that I just stumbled over some words in hope to get at least one sentence out.

Yes, I too, would love to know where the steam fresh coupons are coming from. All I can find is the ones from my paper and they were specifically for the lightly sauced that are not on sale.

I guess some people had $.50/1 Steamfresh. Others, like I, just had a $.35 Q in the Newspaper.

Also...TJ_2008 so sorry you had a cashier who was having a bad day, at least, that's what I hope it was considering she had no problems with it yesterday. If it's a guy, I usually say, "Are you married or do you hope to be someday? You will have a wife, that you trust your paycheck with. Wouldn't you want her to get the most out of it? And would you ever let somebody pick up the tab for dinner? Especially if it was the restaurant? That's what coupons are. The manufacturer is picking up the tab for this product. Read the coupon. They are going to reimburse *the company..in this case HT* for the face value PLUS usually $.08 so your company is MAKING money on me using coupons. So please be happy for me that I am doing so well with my coupons."

I try to turn their negative attitude into a positive one. Some days I don't have the energy and I just stand there and stare at cashiers who throw hissy fits. Sometimes, it's just not worth the energy to argue. You usually know which ones that is. I don't even bother at Target, but Harris Teeter? I would hate to avoid certain days, times or cashiers. What a pain. Hope she has a better attitude next time.

There was a 0.50/1 any Steamfresh and a 0.50/1 lightly sauced Steamfresh both in last Sunday's paper here.

I had some from before (not sure of the date of the insert) but those were only 0.50/1 lightly sauced and 0.35/1 any.

I was able to use my mueller Q today. since even on the whole wheat box it says whole grain on it also. my store didn't give me any problems, which is very surprising!!

I went today with my coupons and got 4 boxes of whole grain pasta (Muellers) and two boxes of regular pasta (Muellers) - The whole grain pasta was 1.00 box and they took off the full 1.10 - the regular Muellers was 1.00 a box and I had a coupon for .55 of two - so in the end I got 6 boxes of pasta for .50 - great deal!!!! will not need pasta for awhile!!! The register did not like the Muellers whole wheat coupons, but the cashier sees me in there all the time and she just overrode them!!!! no hassle!!!!

This didn't work for me at all.

They didn't double and would only accept 1 55c coupon. Argh. I had such luck at HT Monday and was feeling super confident about shopping there and today I bombed.

My guess is that since they had to manually enter it, they overrode the doubling. I've had this happen once before a long time ago. I don't know why they only accepted one, though.
