That is beautiful but I'm confused, what did you do with the 3 cups of olive oil? That's a lot of olive oil - it doesnt' seem like you could use that much just brushing it on the meat.

You know what? You're right, it does seem like a lot. I will go back and check the recipe. I originally found this recipe on the Food Network about 4-5 years ago. Whenever I had extra though, I usually saved it in a glass bottle with a cork - not the stuff you used for marinating though!

...okay I went and checked the recipe and wow, I didn't write down an exact number. I do remember it was alot though. Don't use that much if you think it's too much. That's fine. But you want enough to coat it and for all the potatoes and peaches and drizzle. 1 and 1/2 cups?? *shrug*

Thanks, I didn't mean to make you go to all of that trouble! It still looks delish, and I have one of those cast iron grills that you use on the stove so I may try this recipe this winter when its too nasty to grill out!

No problem! In my case, I can never have enough olive oil OR rosemary in my house!!

One of these days I should share with you my recipe for "Anti-mustard Chicken!" :P

We ate some London Broil last night. We used the Lawry's Steak and Chop marinade and then grilled it. That marinade is YUMMY!!! And one of our favs!

I know, I buy my EVOO by the gallon at the local Middle Eastern import store. We love it too (obviously). I also love rosemary and used to have the nicest rosemary plant. I killed it and then killed the next 2 I bought as well. I will probably try again but right now I'm in mourning.

I'm always ready for new recipes! that "Anti-mustard Chicken" sounds interesting.

I saw that flavor the other day at FL and was wondering if it was any good or not. Thanks for the heads up, maybe we'll give it a try.
