I have read on some other sites today that some of the qs that say DND and DNT are not tripling at HT. Mine have always doubled and tripled with the idea that if the computer takes it whoo hoo for you! So anybody else seen this trend?

As long as the barcode starts with a 5 and not a 9, it should still double or triple. I have heard of cashier's manually entering q's that say DND or DNT, but it has never happened to me.

We have one store locally that has started having the cashier examine every q and override any that state dnd or dnt on them. There is another store within a reasonable driving distance that allows them to double/triple though....at least so far....

I never had a problem until last triples. Some of the cashiers at our stores started to examine the q's. I have learned which ones not to go to.

The last time I went to one of the stores in town the cashier said they were going to NOT double if it ways on the q from now on. The other one isn't so strict , however, this was a new policy, so who knows.

YMMV. One of my two stores got really really picky either last triples or SD, can't remember which. They reviewed all coupons before ringing up any items to make sure there weren't more than 2 IPs on the same product, that I had bought the products to match the coupons, pulled aside DND and DNT to manually enter them and also checked for any coupons on HT BOGO - only one coupon per set. It wasn't particularly helpful to my bill to call out coupons on DND and only one coupon on BOGO items. I really prefer a store that has a policy, whatever it may be, and is consistent so I know what to expect at the register!

Last time we had triples, the cashier told me they are not going to be able to triple,double etc. any coupon that says do not double, triple etc. she said they was doing this but they are not getting reinbursed anymore it just started at my HT Lincolnton NC

I asked my favorite cashier last night and she said that they are not supposed to double or triple DNDs anymore but that some may or may not (I don't know first hand because I haven't tried yet) I usually go to the self check out so it is harder to know since you can't see the screen like the regular register. I trust her to let me know and I usually don't have any issues.

I haven't had any issues (yet) as long as they start with a 5. But I normally go shopping after work when the place is packed and the lines are long. If they want to hold up the lines by picking through my q's and entering things manually let them. They'll just tick off me and all the people behind me.

I just got back this morning and I didnt have any issue either, though I have once or twice in the past.
