I was told that if something is BOGO then you can only use 1 coupon for 2 items. I said that both ring up a price, and the corporate lady told me they have set their registers to not take a coupon for each item if it is BOGO. She told me this after I used 2 coupons on the BOGO purina dog food when I bought 2.

Just wondering. They were very rude to my 70 year old mom when she tried to use 3 coupons on the Electrasol that was BOGO. She was trying to buy 4 of them. The check out guy had her in tears. Corporate HT was not very nice about the whole situation.

It has been in their coupon policy for some time now. They only accept one coupon per bogo pair of items. However, this rule was never enforced at many stores until very recently. I think the registers will still accept 2 coupons on a bogo pair, but it is up to the cashier to catch it. The cashiers at my local store have been carefully watching the coupons for this and have put up signs when they first started really enforcing it.

Thankfully the 2 I go to here in winston have not started that. I was able to use my 2 coupons for the BOGO Electrasol and had no problems on the SKippy this week.

Edited. If I find they do start enforcing it.. I will just make multiple purchases with 1 and continue to go through lines!

I just buy one at a time for avoid the hassle.

They should never had been rude to your mother. You can use :

1 coupon for 2 items that are BOGO
2 for 3
2 for 4
3 for 5
or
3 for 6

or go in and out of the store to different cashiers and do one at a time.
