Tis the season to head down to the beach and we usually stop at the Harris Teeter in Kill Devil Hills or one of the FLs in Nags Head for groceries. For the locals, is there a conveniently located and better priced HT on the way down? We're just looking for reasonably priced groceries for the week.

Not sure where you're coming from but there are HTs in Wilmington, Raleigh and Suffolk/Norfolk- pretty much any HT except the ones in the OBX will have better prices.

You could check the store locator onthe website and then compare prices with express lane.

There's one off 168....its right off the Hanbury exit in Chesapeake.

There is also a new HT in Kitty Hawk as you get on the beach, but, don't stop at any of the HT on OBX and expect to find sales that other HT are having or triples when others have them. We can't get them to honor any of the other stores sales prices either. Use Food Lion, better sales, lower regular prices, they welcome vacationers, not rob them.
