Help Sign # to reach HT corporate?

I'm looking for the number for HT corporate. I just got back from the most awful trip yet...And not one, but TWO managers were completely imcompetent and RUDE, not to mention they enforced their new policy completely different between me & my sister (on different registers.) How is that possibe and/or acceptable?!?

Anyways, I feel the need to discuss this with them. I normally am the one that bites my tongue and is so super nice to the managers. I just find this COMPLETELY unacceptable.

I too have the same problem. My sister and I live in the same house, but we had different cards. I went to the store on Tuesday and none of my coupons doubled. I was told it was because someone else had used my card. I said that was not possible. I called Customer service the next day. Evidently they linked our cards together. I sent an email that Wednesday evening. I have not heard back yet. Although my sister and I live in the same house, we do not buy nor cook the same foods.

I've wrote corp 2X now, the only thing they tell me is that they will have a manager contact me and I've never heard anything from the managers. Hopefully they will start focusing more on Customer Service!

That's rude of them to assume they can link the two cards! And what if I were renting a room, or guest house out to someone I didn't see much (someone Muslim or Vegan, and my family's totally omniverous?) Raise a stink!!!!!!!!!

"Thank you for your email. The 20 limit on coupons is per household as well as per person. Therefore, even though you and your sister have different cards, you still live in the same household. Harris Teeter links all cards together by household, which is determined by address and phone number. We have forwarded your comments to the appropriate department for review. HT is going to lose a lot of customers over this. I am not sure how much more time I am going to devote to this. I do not know if contacting corporate is worth the effort. HT used to be one of my favorite stores. If I continue to shop there, it will only be to buy what is a really great deal. I will not purchase anything else from them other than that. My mother lives in another city. She has a HT card, but does not use it a lot. Either me or my sister will probably get one of her cards.

when i got my vic card i did not have to give them an address, just my name and phone number. so, if you have a cell phone- or if your sister does- then maybe you could just get a new card using a different phone number.

When I emailed corporate, i got a phone call from the local manager 3 days later. That's why i haven't written about the misinterpretation that they are making about the 20 coupons total per day versus 20 coupons doubled or tripled per day with the rest being scanned at face value. The manager thinks this is the policy so if she calls, she will just reinforce her wrong interpretation!
