HT is opening a new store in Suffolk, VA. The grand opening is tomorrow.
Between Farm Fresh $1 dbls and HT triples, I am exhausted (and I only went to HT 3x and FF 2x) Anyway....wondering if anyone knows if there will be any thing worth going for....the press release on the website says they will have stuff in the parking lot on the weekend, but just thought I would ask.

I have heard that the sales fliers for grand openings sometimes differ from the other ads..so maybe you will have some better deals! Other than that, I don't know!

I just heard that there is a new HT opening soon not far from me, so let us know if the deals are good!

there's a new HT opening here in the W-S area (Robinhood). i emailed HT today to see if there were going to be any specials, but i haven't heard anything, and there still isn't anything on their website about it. i guess i'll just cruz over and see what's going on.

There might be some better sales (usually the meat/ seafood has better sales at grand opening) but because both of those new stores are in areas that already have HT I wouldn't expect a whole lot.

HEY! I'm right here with ya! Haven't been over there yet, but hear they have deals galore for the grand opening....store brand ice cream buy one get 2 free. Also:
June 12-14, the Rancher Mobile Grill will be at the new store and on June 26-28 the Ice Cream Truck will be on hand for associates to pass out free Harris Teeter Ice Cream Sandwiches to customers who need a refreshing treat to cool down in the summer heat.

I heard it was PACKED for the grand opening. I always see good meat/seafood deals come through... Maybe i'll see ya 'round!

My DH works in the seafood dept. at HT's grand openings. He said there's some pretty good deals going on in seafood. Good prices on Mahi and Tilapia. I believe that the meat dept. has some good deals too.

If you live in the area they usually send out 4 $10/$40 coupons to use 4 weeks in a row. They usually put Ribeye steaks on sale for $4.99-$5.99 a lb. The one that just opened near me ran a deal on prescriptions, $20 credit to your VIC card per prescription.
