Hi everyone. I've done the coupon match-ups for this week's ad. It's not too great as far as frees or penny items.

Here are some highlights - check the coupon match-up database for details...

• Lean Cuisine has a bunch of coupons and is on sale for $2.50 each, with coupon $1.50

• Fiber One is $1.00 - $1.10 with doubled coupon

• Cinnamon Toast Crunch is $1.40 with doubled coupon

• Gain laundry detergent is $2.89 with doubled coupon

Hefty one zip bags are on sale 2/$3. I beleive my inserts had a .50/1 coupon this week (but I can't find the coupon in the database!). This would make them .50.

I just saw the Harris Teeter new promotion - $10 back for spending $30 on products -- and there is a long, long list of products that qualify. My questions, is the $30 spend BEFORE coupons? Also, does anyone have a good angle for this? Please help a newbie.

the Soft 100% Wheat is BOGO (reg price = 2.80)
Today there was a 0.55/1 coupon.
After coupon = .30 per loaf
(this is YMMV -- depending if your HT will let you use 2 coupons on a BOGO -- to be honest, if they won't; I'd just buy ONE loaf and give them ONE coupon. That's not use 2 coupons on a BOGO. KWIM?)
