I'm in Durham too - S. Durham. On coupons.com in my zip code there's at least one coupon for Grands biscuits - I think it's $1 off 2. Won't double/triple but still good if you run out of insert coupons.

So I bought 4 McCormick spices today and didn't get a cat. They said "Maybe it will print the NEXT time you use your VIC card" which I know is something they totally made up on the spot. Is it only certain ones? I got black pepper, a chicken spice, minced garlic, and meat tenderizer.

I bought Allspice, Garlic powder x 2 & vanilla today and didn't get a CAT, I even had him check the machine. I thought maybe the garlic powder wasn't included but at least a $1 should have came out.

So sorry to hear you didn't receive your CAT! It should have printed. I'm sure if you still have your receipt you could show it to Customer Service and they should give you the $3 ? My items were similar to yours and most of them were on sale too. I bought the vanilla, imitation almond extract, garlic powder and pepper.

I bought the pillsbury, 8 total, and no catalina. Has anyone actually taken a receipt back in to the store after they left and asked for the catalina? Is there anywhere you can call to fix this? Just curious.

I will now be more watchful of the catalina machine!!

I have had problems with the CAT's not printing too, and when it happens I call the CATALINA MARKETING company. I give them my information on what I bought and how much I was supposed to get in CATs. You need to have your cash register tape with you, because they will ask for some information off of it. The numbers are 1-888-322-3814 or 1-888-826-8766. If you call them and let them know the CAT's are not printing they can look into it and find out why. I hope this helps.
