I posted a thread about this in the Lowes forum, since it is a cat deal there too! But, there are $1/2 Old El Paso coupons in a Corona de Mayo booklet found by the beer at Food Lion. If you use those coupons, you could do this deal:

Buy 6 taco seasoning which is 0.67 at HT currently (regular price)~ $4.02
Use 3 $1/2 coupons~ $1.02 OOP
and get a coupon for $3 off your next meat purchase! That's not a bad deal at all!

I got 4 boxes today and did not receive a catalina. I asked about it and they told me that I have to purchase 8 boxes to get the OYNO catalina since Mac&Cheese is BOGO this week. This doesn't seem right though since I got the $5 OYNO with the BOGO deer park water deal without any problems.

Any ideas?!?!?!?

That doesn't sound right at all. Did they ring up at half price on your receipt or 2 at $0 and 2 at reg price? Since your local store is misinterpreting it, I'd try either contacting corporate CS or the catalina company. I know I've seen the # for the catalina co. posted somewhere on AFC, I just have to dig around. (Stupidly, I bought 4 boxes yesterday b/c I forgot about the deal dates.)

The items ring up full price and then the cash register subtracts the (in this case) BOGO savings from the receipt as VIC Mac&Cheese savings.
She also told me that the Catalina machine knows what it's doing... soooo ja...

Also, is it maybe possible that the Mac&Cheese deal is for selected stores? I looked at their website a little while ago and couldn't find the promotion.

If you're talking about the Kraft catalina listed above, you can still buy 4 or whatever is needed, but you just won't be able to use a coupon for each one.

The Kraft deal is really good this week with the sale on cheese. Shredded/block are $1.47 each and there are still $1 off coupons floating around online (can use two at a time per the policy). So can get 5 packages for ~$7.50 - $2 off = $5.50 and get $4 off your next order. Not bad!

Is the "italian" cheese "NATURAL". I think it has to be 'natural' to work. I found out about the catalina, in print, from my receipt.

I got a print-out that said this deal is from 7/3 - 7/26. Maybe it's a rolling thing Not too bad since they're $.77 and there's a Buy3Get1 coupon out there ($2.31/4 + $1 ONYO).

I got 4 pkgs of huggies diapers a pkg of little swimmers and a thing of wipes. I used coupons during doubles and only spent $34 plus I got back a $14 dollar catalina. This made my final price on each diaper pkg only $4.40 with the wipes for free. Awesome with a new baby in the house

This one printed out yesterday when I checked out. That is the only way I find out many times (unless I read it on here!). Watch for catalinas that give upcoming promo details. I get them quite often. There is also one on Post cereals right now too, but I can't find the cat with the details right now!
