I bought 8 boxes of Kelloggs mini wheats cereal (BOGO & I had 8 of the $1/1 Kelloggs blinkie coupons). No catalina printed out for any free milk. According to this post, I should have received 3 coupons for free milk. How can I take proof of this offer to Harris Teeter and get my coupons?

Also, my e-vic deal for the waffles did not print. The cookie one did. I made certain that I got the one's with the right upc numbers. I guess I'll go back or that.

Also, neglected to use my 2 $1.50 coffee mate coupons on the bottles that were $1.67. I'll try to go back before Tuesday to straighten out things.

Now, if you can help me with the milk situation, I'd really appreciate it.

I also bought all 8 boxes of kellogs cereal and did not get my 3 milk coupons or my $10 rebate. I explained this to customer service. They called me the next day to let me know that they contacted the evic office and that my coupons and rebate would be mailed to me. This was on Monday of this week, so I haven't received them yet.

I called the Catalina company today. They researched the information from my receipt - store phone #, date/time, code numbers on line with date/time and found that I had indeed fulfilled the requirements for the 3 gallons of milk. The coupons/catalinas are being mailed to me.

Then I told the representative that it was a double-whammy deal if you bought a total of 8 qualifying items. Which I had and which he could see on the receipt. He didn't know anything about it, but when I explained it was a catalina that gave you information to seek a MIR (rebate) for a $10 giftcard and I gave him the "promotion" number from the back of a catalina, he readily found it. It is a Harris Teeter deal managed through the catalina company and in promotion of the Kellogg, Eggo, Sunshine brands. So my MIR information/catalina is now in the mail, too.

BTW - the catalina rep said the system said my catalinas had printed. Of course, I didn't get any so he said perhaps they printed for the next customer.

Any time there is a store promotion and it doesn't come out on the catalinas like they should, do call the catalina company for resolution.
