I never go shopping at night or on a Friday. Well tonight I did, what a MISTAKE. I had MANY coupons, alot were 4 of the samething. The cashier was great about it, they all rang up fine. But when it was time to put my baby bucks in, he didn't know how to do it. So he called the "rudest" manager over to help. She put it in fine, but then she saw ALL the coupons and question every single one. Your talking about over 20 coupons. "Why does this have the same bar code?" Explained it goes by pin # etc.. Well I'm not sure. Why do u have so many? Explained your allowed to print 2 coupons at a time. You have more than one computer you can print them again. etc... So she goes to talk to someone elese, she said she is just following policy??? I guess I had 1 computer that says you can only use 1 per purchase. I said fine she took that one away.

I asked what the big deal was? She said there is no big deal she just need to check them out. I told her copying coupons are illegeal, as you will notice each coupon has a different pin or bar code. Explained to her that I shop MANY times during the day and I have NEVER EVER had a problem with my coupons. I said it was uncalled for to hold up the line for over 20 minutes over a $.50 coupon! So I figured that was it nooooooo. I go home check my recepit she didn't ring up over $7.00 in coupons. I call right away, of course they have the coupons come right back up to get a refund. There was no way I was going back tonight, so I will have to go in the am to get my $$. What a pain in the neck.

Before I left I went to CS to get a raincheck and I heard them talking about the manager. I voiced my opinion very loudly about her!

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Hope next time you won't get the run around.
I hate when they scrutinize! What does it matter as long as you are getting the right size and # of purchases for that coupon.
I get talks behind me all the time when I get free items. I used to get embarrassed but not any more. I see it as everyone has the opportunity to do the same and if they feel like it is too much work to do it then that is their problem. Let me do what I "NEED" to do for our families budget.

Well I went back today got my money back, PLUS I told the girl at CS that they didn't double my 4 coupons. She gave me the $$ no problem. I guess I will never shop at night again.
