I have seen reports of some AFCers receiving coupons and product samples from Kraft First Taste. I have done their polls, responded to blog entries but never been extended an offer. Anyone else having the same problem?

I wrote to their customer service. I sent:
Link to Wheat thins coupon takes me to wheat thins poll but no coupon link! I did the poll last pm and no link then either.


and here is the response I got:

Sorry you haven't gotten any offers. I've had 1 in a year. They are very limited. I've went to the website twenty minutes after an email alert and the offer was gone.

Are you signed up with General Mill's Pssst? I have gotten many of their offers.

I do have Pssst, Vocal Point and Kahi. All very good customer response and offers. I think Kraft is just too big and really doesn't care. I won't waste any more of my time and energy on them. I certainly does influence my choice of products that I'll purchase.

I think I have only received one offer from First Taste, I do not spend much time on there , I LOVE vocalpoint and Pssssst.
