I agree with most of these opinions. I thank because I appreciate the person's input or they posted a good deal & I also try to thank all who respond to the few threads I start to show my appreciation as well. Also, we already have a gripes, groans & rants forum but I don't think it necessary to point out things others do that simply annoy us. It would definitely bring morale down on this site & everyone has been so kind I would surely hate to see that happen!

I always thank the poster if I find the info useful or if it makes me laugh, and I also go and thank the ppl that respond to a thread I have started.

If you guys watch my posts you will definately be able to figure out the times I have the babe in my lap! I'm A LOT more to the point, misspell all over the place and more, it'seasier to get my point made without wrestling her any more than necessary! We just had a war while I was typing this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Most of the people on this site are kind, I think people get busy with their lives and simply forget to recheck their posts. I know there are likely times I have forgotten to always thank, and I just hope people are tolerant enough to realize it was an oversight and not hold it against the person. Now spelling, I think I am above average at that (I won a Spelling Bee in 6th grade ) it is my typing skills that clearly lack .

I agree with everyone. If I start a thread, I thank everyone, even if I dont agree with them just because they took the time out to reply, KWIM?
I thank a lot and agree with the previous poster who said it could mean a Thanks, or a High Five or it could mean you have made me laugh.

I read your post and realized that I am one of the guilty ones!
I didn't mean anything by it, sometimes I just don't go back to my post. I did however pull up all the threads I've started and thanked everyone who responded. I will try to do better.
