They will not double. However, a Spanish version of that coupon exits and it does start with 5 and will double.

I got the Spanish insert q's by trading BTFE with someone in Texas. But there are also 55/1 Blinkies that start with 5 and double floating around. I found some in my stash that I had previously picked up somewhere here in Virginia.

You can get over 2200 points but you can only redeem max. 2200 points at a time. If you have more on your account when you go fill up, it uses your 2200 points and the rest will stay on your account.
