Mine never has in the almost 10 years I've shopped there. There everyday policy is double up to $.99. My favorite coupon value is $.75/1!

The GE store in Rossford /Perrysburg up by Toledo used to have super doubles the first full week of every month where they would double $1 coupons limit 4 like coupons- Unfortunately they no longer do it......
