This week at GE-
Buy 10 Pillsbury cakes mixes for 10.00, recvd 2.00 oyno = 8.00
Use 10 .40 q's - these are on Ebay now - once doubled and with the oyno - these will all be FREE

The q's I seen say they can be used on frosting also and this is also included in the 2.00 oyno but the frosting is priced at 1.50 each before coupon..

Hi, The Pilllsbury are DND, however they begin with a 5. Sometimes they take em, but I have been snagged, too. If you are planning on using ten at once, I dont think the cashier will miss it. Just a heads up. Thanks.

The auction I seen didn't say anything about DND but I didn't write the seller to specifically ask either...I'm not much for baking -even ready made boxed variety baking - -so I won't be getting any of these but thought I would pass it along..Also, someone on here was saying they received an email confirmation from GE corp that the cashiers are not suppose to block the q from doubling even with the DND verbiage, I recently confirmed this at my store with the manager so maybe check with your specific store on their policies..

Sorry to hijack the thread with an unrelated question, but I have some "Do Not Double" coupons that begin with a 5. If I take them through the self-checkout, is it possible that they will double anyways?

As long as they start with a 5 they will double in the self checkout but I think the light with go off for service if you use multiples of the same coupon? I think its the 3rd of the same coupon it goes off -anyone know for sure?

Which .40qs? I only saw mini brownie mix. Do you think those will work?

DND starting with a 5 will double at the self checkout, though the self checkout will only let you use 2 of the same coupon. They will have to come and put the others through. I use to tell them at the Robinson GE, if they stopped them from doubling to cancel the sale and I would go to Kennedy Township if they did not want to double them. They never give me problems in Kennedy about the DND ones.

You can do them 2 at a time if you do not want to be bothered and get double for all of them, you will just not get the $2 cat that way.

Thanks for the warnings!

Just got back from Giant Eagle where I had a ton of coupons to use for the Betty Crocker free eggs and cookie sheet catalinas. I had internet printable coupons with "Do Not Double" printed on the front. The first two of the multiples went through the self-checkout just fine, but the third one, as expected, set off the "Help is on the way!" alarm. The employee either didn't notice the DND or didn't care, because she just checked to make sure I had the correct item and then scanned them through.

I'm glad I found out this information and will definitely keep it in mind next time I end up with DND coupons.

My store has always doubled even the DND. We do not have self checkout. I think most cashiers just don't pay attention. They just look at the dates. Buuuttttttt.....this weekend I went to a cashier I actually went to school with and she checked every gosh darn one!! And didn't double any of the ones that said DND. Guess she's not going to check me out anymore! I hope this isn't something new cause none of the cashier's has ever done that with mine.
