| Problems with multiple Q's?
Does anyone usually have any trouble with have multiple Q's doubling? Does the cashier usually just push them through? I've only used the self checkouts so the second Q always beeps and a cashier comes over and pushes them through but I would like to start getting more than 2 like items and will probably just go through a normal checkout. Anyone have problems doing this or do you just do multiple transactions?

I never got through the self checkout if I have a lot of coupons. Its so much easier to let the cashier do it. (no problems this way either).

Walmart never gives me trouble with multiple coupons. I use a regular line though. They don't even blink an eye at me now. I come in with a huge stack of coupons and they just scan them off for me. I've had 3-4 of one type go through with no trouble.

I quit using the self checkout because of the same problem and because I always jam up the system trying to go too fast. But when I use the regular check outs, I don't have a problem with using multiple q's. The cashier just puts them all through, every time.

Multiples of more than 2 of the same coupons will cause the self checkouts at GE to stop taking them and a cashier has to put them through. Also any $2 or more coupon will stop the self checkout also. Always best to seperate the orders in quantities of 2 if you can for self checkout, otherwise just go through a regular cashier. They have no problems putting them through. Also if the order comes to free in a self checkout. A cashier has to get you your receipt before you can leave.

I hate Hate hate self check outs.. I refuse to use them.. And if you do the Deal with the Ketchup this week you must purchase $10 in one trip so I had 10 Q's your saying that shelf check out would then require a cashier to come over and help? There goes self check out. and your know dealing with a person is she getting paid to do that?

I only use the self checkout if I have coupons that say "Do not double" because the self checkout doubles them, whereas if I go to a cashier with "Do Not Double" coupons, sometimes they will double them and sometimes they won't. I guess it depends on the cashier.
