I've always been able to roll them. I don't know if that is always the case but for me I've had no problems. I'm not sure how you'd go about finding out for sure. Any experts?

No problems here. Wags is the only one I've ever seen work that way.

The only issue seems to be that you can use more than one Catalina per order but not more than one from the offer(If the offer was for $2 wyb Pillsbury and you received 3 of them, you can only use one). That's the rule with the coupon controlling cashiers on Doral Dr in Boardman. The self scanners will have younger more coupon friendly cashiers who will take as many as the computer allows. In my case that's when I hit 0.
