Ok, this is getting tiresome. I think I posted on here not too long ago about a OYNO not printing for me. Went to cust. service and they gave me a gift card. Very nice about it. So, I had the cat that printed for the old el paso....buy 3 get $1 OYNO, but 6, get $3 OYNO. It said it included the seasonings. They are 4/$3 this week and I had 3 $.60 off 2 Q's. The $3 OYNO did not print. Go to Cust serv. they give me a gift cards. Said they have alot of problems with these catalina's. But very nice about it. Then get my 2 scrubbing bubbles which according to GE's website should have a $2 OYNO. Did not print!!! I'm almost embarrassed to go to cust service again. Think I'm just gonna call the catalina company. I'm sure they think most people just won't bother, but I shop according to these and am getting a little ticked that it is such a bother. Sorry, just ranting a bit.

I too have problems and have to watch like a hawk to make sure they print. I think the company, whether Giant Eagle or the Cat company, knows most people aren't like us and don't care about or use the catalinas. Perhaps they are even banking on it????

Will you report back if you call/email either Giant Eagle or the Cat company to let us know their reaction, please?! And, I would never be embarrassed to get what we deserve as a result of doing a deal. Quite truthfully I am sure there is a cozy relationship between the products grouped together to generate the Catalina, Giant Eagle and the company itself. The product placement is not done by chance and in the grocery business they don't do anything without getting something so if it doesn't print my face is up there too! My problem is I usually shop after the CS desk is closed so then I have to make a special trip the next day...it's a pain but worth it.

Well for the the cat for scrubbing bubbles you had to buy 5 of the cleaning product. i never have trouble with cat printing. Have to be careful your getting the right sizes and the kind. They don't put all them in with the special.

I too would never be embarrassed - It's the same as them shorting you in change.
