Giant Eagle expects to launch fuelperksmall.com, which will let customers earn fuel credits when shopping online. The site will include more than 600 retailers.

I sure hope this is true. I love the perks. My neighbor is an exec with GE and she told me that they might be considering dropping the perks because it is costing the company to much. That would be a bummer.

I just signed up to be informed as soon as it launches. Hopefully, they won't stop the groceries and prescriptions for fuelperks and just go with this. I already have a couple other sites I go to for other shopping. I would hate to have to choose. :o(

They would lose a lot of customers! Their prices aren't exactly competitive around here - this is the main reason a lot of ppl go there!! It's been a year ago Oct they had SUper Doubles here - Sure hope they keep the perks!

Yeah, if the would stop the perks, I'd probably go back to shopping walmart and ad matching...or maybe try out Shop n Save (at least they double coupons and have a gas program). But I've been sticking with shopping at Giant Eagle just because of the fuel perks.

I don't think we're alone in this! All my family/neighbors/friends feel the same way. Without the fuel perks, it' Aldi, WalMart or Kroger for us!
