The drops are placed under your tongue three times per day. You combine the drops with a strict diet. The diet plan can be found on the website. I was hungry and got lightheaded during the first week, but after that, I was fine, and by about the third week, had to remind myself to eat because I wasn't hungry.

May I ask how much you weighed when you started? Since you usually lose more if you weigh more. I just want to see if I'd be even remotely close to losing that much.

I'm wondering what exactly the drops do. I don't need an appetite suppressant because I barely eat as it is. I eat less than 600 calories a day normally. I'm usually not hungry unless I didn't eat one day. So it isn't cravings or anything I'm worried about. I've completely screwed my metabolism up over the years and haven't been able to speed it up. So I'm curious if the drops are a metabolism booster. If I could lose 20lbs in 8 weeks I'd be stoked! I'm 163 and no matter what I do I can't get any lower. Lol

The HCG hormone is the hormone that the body makes naturally when pregnant to release fat cells for the baby. When not pregnant, the fat cells are released and that energy is burnt, thus decreasing your need for more calories. Because of this, your body can properly function with the low calorie diet, and it is supposed to "reset" your metabolism. If you are regularly consuming less than 600 calories per day, you have probably put your body into starvation mode, which results in the body attempting to store everything possible.

Yea I know what it's made of, I've been thinking about trying the drops for 2 years now. When I was younger I developed an eating disorder.. When I tried eating 1,200 calories a day and exercised 90 minutes a day I gained weight very fast, and it wasn't muscle. It was fat. My body has been in starvation mode for a good 8 years now . I've been to nutritionists and they don't help, they make me eat too much. I just really need something that speeds up my metabolism.

This may be worth trying, but I wouldn't imagine that you would lose weight as quickly since you are already eating a very low calorie diet. The foods that are allowed on the diet may also make a difference. The customer support is great through the site taht I ordered (hcg1234 .com), so maybe it would be worth calling and talking to them. Keep us posted.

Yea I'm a picky eater as it is. I'm a vegetarian and I'm allergic to chocolate. Im not a fan of sweets either. I swear I should be 105 pounds but my doctor said the lowest I should ever be is 135... So 28 lbs and I'll be there. I have lost 35 lbs since February but that's because of phentermine and it stopped working. Thank you! I think I'm going to give them a try.
