Hi! I have eight (8) cats... plus my neightbors [who feel invited each time I put the plates out]... My stockpile is down to only three small (1 lb) bags of food... I need the best deal posible you can help me find in Walmart, Kmart, Walgreens or CVS... Don't know where to post these so... Excuse me if I'm posting in the wrong forum. Thanks! |

i am sorry, i really wish i could help with this. i did see something in the insert match ups for cats though i think. it might be treats though. i just traded my 2.00/1 wiskas which could have helped you. if you have a dollar general thats where i got the 2.00 coupons from. good luck! i know the feeling when you see your stockpile so low on something you use and need everyday! i did that a few weeks back with toilet paper! i freaked out!

Damn....too bad you didn't post this last week when there was an AWESOME deal on Purina Cat Chow at Target!(although you didn't mention Target in your list of stores so I don't know if you have one near you. )I only have 2 cats to feed(both still on Kitten Chow until August when they will switch over to adult Cat Chow) but with the unbeatable Target deal last week I got them 6 - 16 Lb. bags of cat chow which once they start eating adult food will last them roughly until March/April 2013 and the bags don't expire until November of 2013 so it's a good stockpile for the time being. Feeding 8+ cat is a lot and there doesn't seem to be many good cat food deals this week at the stores you listed so I think your best bet would be to go to Walmart and purchase a 16 Lb. bag of Purina Cat Chow and then keep doing that as you get low until there is a better sale price/coupon matchup deal at a store to then stockpile lots cat food to feed that many hungry kitties. Good luck! Last edited by Superpop; 06-14-2012 at 10:01 PM. |

If you do a little research there are places that help people in these situations. Perhaps shelters or an organization that give away a free bag of pet food for those who qualify. You can always give them some meat/chicken/tuna soup and rice (cooled of course). Sometimes pet stores have samples you can try. I think there was a Purina deal, not sure, try to look into that.
