I found the 3 pack of Dr. Brown's bottle, normally 6.99 a piece, for 6.99 for all three at Fry's yesterday.

Thanks! What mind? At 73, baby bottles was the last thing I would have thought of. I actually thought we might be missing something wonderful at Fry's! LOL.
OIC now - DS born 1/26. Congratulations!
We do have some old from the 40's Fire King sapphire blue baby bottles in our Depression era glass collection. Even have some vintage genuine latex nipples to go with them. Nice collorful box. And some glass nipple covers. Used to have a larger collection of vintage glass nursing bottles, but sold all but the Fire King ones. Also had at one time a metal rack used to hold and plunge these glass bottles in boiling water to sterilize. There was even a child's toy nursing bottle sterilizer pan with rack.
Is Dr. Brown's made of glass? Are any still made of glass? Probably now everything is throw away. Diapers used to be cloth and had to be swished in a bucket of water or the john if you had one and then washed. Ugh. Altho later if you were rich you could have diaper service pick up the soiled ones and bring clean ones. But you still had to swish them first. LOL.

Some Dr. Browns are made out of glass still. I buy the plastic ones though.
