Good Morning! Have had a busy couple of days where I've barely been home so I apologize I haven't been around and replied. Will still be gone today, but will start catching up tonight and I have tomorrow devoted to this too.

Well, no $.39 cent a lb turkeys like the other regions for us here, so I may end up getting mine somewhere else. *gasp* I know. Bad me.

After two weeks of the Mega Event today's ad looks kind of 'meh' but I actually like that because I really don't think I could take another week of something like we just had.

Still some nice prices on a few things I saw when I glanced at the ad late last night.

DOLE fruits are on sale this week for 10/$10. I bought 3 cans and got a catalina for $.75 OYNO!
I also used the $1/3 q (11/09/08 SS). So, it's like paying $.42/each!

Okay, I have the coupon matchups done. I will have to add the 'bargains' to the shopping list later.

FYI: I am not going to be around/have net access much for the next week. I think I have caught up on all the questions from the last few days, if I missed it, I'm sorry and will get to it after Thanksgiving. I will try to check in here when I can, but it may not be possible.

A couple notes from my shopping trip yesterday:

* Blistex is 10 for $10 right now. There were $.25/1 coupons in the 11/16 SS. So this makes them free.

* Don't forget to get your free Cottonelle with the 11/16 SS coupon.

* The McCormick grinders are on sale 10/$10 this week. There was a $.25/1 in the 11/2 Red Plum and I did confirm they work (and do not beep) for these making them free. I got three yesterday and man do I love those peppercorn grinders. Mmmmmmm Also, a couple of the stores I have been to are 'out' in the regular spice section but I have found displays in other parts of the stores that had plenty so keep an eye out! They are moving off the shelves fast!

* Don't forget, as dancinkeyz pointed out, that you are getting a coupon for $$ off your next order for buying the Dole that is on sale 10/$10. I got a $.50 cent one when I bought 2 Mandarin Oranges, 1 tropical fruit and 1 pineapple. There is a $1/3 Mandarin/Tropical Fruit coupon in the 11/9 SS.

* The small Valley Fresh White Chicken cans are $1.99. With the $.40/1 coupon from the 10/5 SS insert, they are $.99 a can!

* Reynolds Wraps are still on sale this week. You can get Parchment Paper for $1.24 with the 11/9 SS coupon and Wax Paper for $.39 with the 10/19 SS coupon. (The foil is on sale and there are coupons too, but it is cheaper at Target this week. 2/$5 there vs $3.34 at Frys)

* The Glade Catalina deal is still going on until the 30th. The candle refills were $2.69 when I checked yesterday, so not as good as the Mega Event, but still pretty good with coupons/catalina if you need to stock up.
