Anyone know where I can purchase a New Microwave cheaply? The one that I had for 29 years... since 1979 died. I figured out I payed about $10 per year I had it (they were expensive back then and heavy). I've been seeing some for about $50 is that as low as new ones go? I am in the DFW area of Texas. Thanks in advance for your help.

Here at our Walmart you can purchase one for 38 bucks..i just got one for my college son it is a nice small compact one and has lots of features on it including a popcorn button! What all college kids eat!

We even have a microwave to take camping! LOL!! I actually bought the warranty for this one because it will be moved in and out of the garage and car umpteen times a year plus you never know how monitered the power supply is at campsites. Sure makes camping a breeze though!

I recently got a really nice one ( every bell and whistle you can think of, it even automaticly weighs stuff for auto defrost!) @ Lowes for $69, its a GE.
