I spray the sidewalk cracks with it--pure strength. Keeps the weeds away and kills (most) existing ones. There is like one weed it actually feeds but that one is easy enough to pull. It kills clover GREAT. I buy the 2 gallon box at Costco for 3 something. |

You can use 1/2 c. as a fabric softener, and no worries, it doesn't leave a stinky smell. Also if you have tile or linol. floor in your bathroom, and you use alot of hairspray (or your kids do) spray it once or twice a week and let sit for 5 minutes, it will take the hairspray buildup off your floor.

I started mixing it with orange peels, letting it sit and then use it for a cleaner. (6 orange peels to one quart vinegar, let sit for a month then squeeze the peels and put in a sprayer). My mom uses it to clean all sorts of stuff, she makes a mixture of 50/50 (I think) water/vinegar to clean fruits and veggies. Regular cleaning she uses full strength.

I also use it to clean the inside of a coffee pot. Helps release baked/fried on food after a little soak. Apple cider vinegar great for clearing skin. Usually mix 1:3 apple cider vinegar: green tea. Put it on at night otherwise I guess you smell like salad dressing haha. I haven't done this in awhile. Calcium build up on aquarium walls. Anything acidic works. Citrus juice etc. I've recently used it to make a cheese spread. Ingredients Whole milk Heavy cream White vinegar Salt Put heavy cream and milk into a pan and bring to 170F. I would say a 1:5 or 1:4 ratio cream to milk but you can experiment. I don't typically use the recipe :p. take it off the heat, add some salt, and vinegar. And let it sit for 15-20 minutes. You should see separation of weigh and curd. If there's still a lot of milky looking liquid add a little more vinegar. The weigh should be clear not white. Strain this in a metal strainer or cheese cloth and let it sit in the strainer for 15-20 minutes or until most of the liquid has drained. Then I place it on a paper plate and put it in the fridge uncovered to thicken. This can take anywhere from 30 minutes to a few hours. Once it's to the consistency of a spread I taste it mix in salt depending on how I want it. And any other herbs. I serve it on a homemade baguette with a sprinkle of pepper. Taste pretty good . You can put it in an uncovered container if you want but the paper plate seems to suck out some water whereas a plastic container you have to wait for it to evaporate.Hope that makes sense haha Off topic but green tea is a great window cleaner too cheap too

I use it to clean my nasty workout clothes b/c they can get smelly. (apple cider or white) Use it to clean my washing machine. (apple cider or white) I use it set the dye on dark clothing such as new black pants & black sweaters-prevents fading. (white) Very recently found out that apple cider vinegar can cure a UTI. I rarely deal with UTI's but had all the symptoms and got ready to call my MD but since I hate antibiotics I decided to look at natural remedies. Found out that a couple of tablespoons apple cider vinegar with a couple of tablespoons of pure lemon juice could ward one off but some were saying that it took care of the problem. Tried it and sure enough all sx went away. I will never again take a shot of apple cider vinegar again b/c I scorched my throat. I had to dilute it with grapefruit juice. Mixing it with water was disgusting!! |

Apple Cider Vinegar also helps acid reflux. If you take a TBSP of it before eating it helps a LOT.
