My wonderful Motorola Razor phone died out on me - I really liked it too.
Verizon offers upgrades but I'd like help in selecting a good replacement. I do the basic stuff, want good reception/battery life, text, camera, lightweight, etc.

Would you recommend your phone and why? Please give the brand and what makes it a good/great cell phone.

Is there any chance your razor is still under warranty or do you have an insurance on your plan? Something went wrong with my battery last month and U.S. Cellular replaced it for free since it was still under warranty. I have a razor and love it! Get another one? or maybe a Krazor? How long have you had your Razor? I hope mine lasts.

I love the Razor too but the battery died - I'm just under the 2 year period. I can get an upgrade but no warranty. Verizon tells me they have 'retired' the phone and no longer make battery for it!

I have a blackberry and I am not sure I would recommend it. I must have gotten a lemon b/c everyone that I have talked to that has one, loves it. I hate mine. It only rings when it wants to. The service guy tried to fix it , but no luck. I LOVED it when I first got it, but I guess it has lived its life. (almost 2 yrs) I think it is a conspiracy with the cell phone company's. Set the phone to work until about the time the contract runs out so you have to buy a new one. (and sign a new contract to get the great price)

Anyway! Good luck finding a new one. I need to do the same thing!!

I liked my fire red Razor so Verizon has recommended the Motorola MOTO but I'm not sure.

I have a Wing phone from tmobile (i know this won't help you) but so far i am loving everything about it

YES(sorry about the caps) they do to still make the batteries for them I just got a brand new one last month! How soon is your contract up?? Try order a battery for the phone off the internet somewhere instead? Is it just the battery?

Ok...first I've been with Verizon for years (almost a decade). My suggestion is to go to their website (especially if you follow your bill online). They usually have better deals online than they do in the store for upgrades.

I JUST got a palm centro. I like it....but don't love it. It's got all the stuff I like....I just wish the screen was bigger and the "home" button was set up different. All in all, I like it.

A friend has a voyager...that cool touch screen phone that looks like an iphone. Well, he hates it! Apparently the lock button is in a poor place and it's constantly getting unlocked and he's calling out to people without knowing it.

Yes, I like their web site. I called them & s/w the Supv after they sent me a replacement " hoping that it fit" How absurd... it was no compatible so she's offered me a new phone.
