Does String Cheese Freeze Well?
My PC has double coupons this weekend and I have a bunch of $3 Sargento string cheese coupons and MIRs so I want to stock up on these but I want to make sure that they will taste OK so that my DD will eat them.

We have froze them before. They get a little "wetter", not mushy though. We stocked up on the Borden cheese sticks, and have frozen several packages.

Thanks, I guess I'll try to find packages with the latest expiration dates and only freeze them if absolutely necessary. My DD is super picky but I'm not so I can take them to work for a snack if she refuses to eat them.

They don't "string" very well after frozen..other than that they are fine.

I freeze them all the time. I agree with the above post they do not string very well. But they taste the same.

I agree with the above post, but I have frozen them and used them to make stuffed crust pizza.
