Can I freeze spinach dip

I made spinach dip with mayo, sour cream and cream cheese for a party and have a ton left over. Do you think I can freeze it then just still well when I thaw?

I don't know but now I want some!!

I would assume you could. However, I don't know how runny it would be when you defrost it.

I would look up the individual ingredients, especially the mayo and sour cream, and see if those freeze well or not. If the dip will still be okay to wait a couple of days you could freeze a tiny test batch, defrost it, and see how it is.

You can.
Stir it well before freezing. Press a piece of plastic wrap or something similar into the top of it to prevent too much air from getting caught between the top and the container you're freezing it in.
When you go to use it, the consistency will be different-- the ingredients will probably separate some. Stir it well again. It usually tastes just as good, just has a different appearance. I've found that using it, or other frozen items that have creamed cheese in them, within a month gives the best results.

I want some now too!

I don't see why you can't. You can buy frozen spinach dip like TGIF's. Shouldn't be an issue as long as you use one of those ziploc freezer containers and use it within a month or two.
