| I had been doing this for my children and was at the last night to fill in the stars to get the free toothbrushes and I went to log in and my account info. was there but all my stars were gone and it started all over with nothing.I contacted them and they sent me an email telling me that they would be sending me a letter through the USPS on what happened to my account.I got an envie today with a letter saying they were sorry for what happened and sent me 3 coupons for FREE colgate battery toothbrushes for kids along with a bunch of colgate/palmolive product coupons. I was very happy with my envie but they still never said what happened. |

| I had to print off the form and send it in. For some reason the online one didnt work. The form looked weird and very generic. Im wondering if I will get it or not...?? I mailed it a couple weeks ago. |
