Are you planning an outdoor event? We have a limited number of Sunbelt® sponsorship kits available for local events, such as bike races, road races, walks for charity, triathalons, hiking events, etc. The kit includes an assortment of Sunbelt® products, a door prize and a Sunbelt® banner. If you want us to consider sponsoring an event in your area, we would like to hear from you! Just download the event sponsorship form. Please note: We are able to sponsor only one event per group per year. You must wait a full year to apply for a sponsorship kit if you have already received one for a previous event during a 12-month period. (Sponsorship kits limited to 2 cases of product.)
If you would like us to consider sponsoring an event in your area, we would like to hear from you.

Remember: information must be sent at least 4 weeks prior to your event. This allows enough time for processing and shipping. Event Information (No Saturday Events, Please)
We will let you know via e-mail about our acceptance or refusal within 2 weeks. We reserve the right to turn down any request

If you're lucky you'll receive an e/mail that says:
We would love to participate in the sponsorship of this event. I will send
the sponsorship kit one week before the event. The kit includes some
paperwork, two SUNBELT gifts and two cases of granola/fruit and grain bars.

I'll include in a second email some electronic logo files for advertising.
