Just a warning, I got this a few weeks back and I did an ROAK with it (I don't have diabetes). No biggie, except that OneTouch called me today to ask me about my current testing on the new free monitor I had received. I was a little embaressed that I had got one and it wasn't for me.

Still no biggie, but I felt like a theif.

I got so flustered that I just said I was busy (I really was, but I'm usually good about doing phone surveys). I feel bad...but I did help someone out so I guess it balances out.

Just filled out the form! I already had a mini but I will enjoy the new ultra 2. My old original ultra died about a year and a 1/2 ago.
