To get free tickets to a taping, all you have to do is fill out the form below. Or, call 917.332.3200 to leave your name, phone number, and desired dates. We are currently only offering tickets for shows taping in October, November and December.

Please do not submit more than one request via the form below or by phone. It may take a little while for our audience department to contact you, but we will do our best to accommodate your request as soon as possible.

Due to a high volume of requests, parties are only permitted to attend a taping once per season. If you are recognized as a repeat guest, you will be denied entry.

When we tape:
Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays
11 a.m. and 2 p.m. (Please choose one)
Plan to arrive 90 minutes prior and for the taping to last up to two hours.

Where we tape:
222 E. 44th St. in New York City, between 2nd and 3rd Avenues

What to wear:
The dress code is "business casual." Come on, you're going to be on TV, so dress to impress! That means no shorts, hats, sunglasses, cut-off shirts, shirts with large logos or writing — you get the gist.

Who’s invited:
Anyone 16 or older

What you should bring:
Valid photo identification

What’s not allowed in the studio:
Food or drinks -- unless Rachael prepares them! (No chewing gum either, please.) Video & still cameras, recorders, cell phones, pagers, or similar electronic devices are also not permitted.

Transportation:
Audience members are responsible for their own transportation to our studio. Rachael Ray does not reimburse travel expenses.

What you should know:
Admission to the studio is on a first-come first-served basis. Reservations are not guaranteed and tape dates are subject to change. The show does not reimburse travel expenses due to show cancellations or schedule changes. In the event that we have to cancel a show, we will notify you as soon as possible and do our best to reschedule your visit for a taping that’s convenient for you. Unfortunately, if you are an out-of-town guest, we may not be able to accommodate you for another taping during your visit.

Standby tickets:
The availability of standby tickets varies daily. The arrival time to receive a standby voucher is 10 a.m. (for the 11 a.m. taping) and 1:15 p.m. (for the 2 p.m. taping). A standby voucher does not guarantee a ticket to the show.

I know a cameraman on that show... and it's going to be recorded in the old Guiding Light building. And if you go becareful--- you don't want to be see picking your nose on national TV!
