I LOVE their products. They are safe and their bottles are bpa free. They sent me a long time ago a survery I filled it out, AFter that I got another one a short one also filled it out. and they emailed me a 20% off code for any purchases online.
Then maybe a month ago I got another one and said if I filled it out they would send me a toy phone from their line. My son didn't need another toy phone but I filled it out anyways because if I can help them with any tips or ideas it would only benefit us or our future babies. Plus they have been so good when I had an issues with some bottles I received in hte mail and it was damaged. ANyways so I filled out the email and like a few days later they email me saying that they had an overwhelming response and ran out of the phone toy and would send out another one. I was fine with it cuz like I said my son has like 3 different kind of play phones one of them being a sassy one. ( i htink they have two styles) Well a week after receive the toy , the toy was for 6mo plus but my son played with it anyways.
Well a week after that I get another email saying that people were upset that they did not get the phone and got something else . They said that because they value their customers they will be sending out the phones as soon as they have enough to ship out to everyone that filled out the surveys. THat just shows how much they really appreciate and care about their customers. So i'm sure they will send out whatever they said theywould, they haven't failed me yet.

I had an issue with their clink & chew keys...the paint they used on them bled all over my son and his clothes. Apparently the paint they use reacts with the baby sunscreens causing it to liquify and get all over. I got a note saying they knew it was an issue and would replace the keys and sent them to me in the mail a few weeks later. I didn't push the issue, but he still had an outfit that was completely ruined by the paint. The new keys don't have paint on them.

All we've ever boughten from the brand is pacifiers.. and that's because my daughter refuses to use any of type.. but I have requested samples and coupons before and have never received any from them.

the only difference is that the base where the buttons are was green with blue dots. I was immediately worried because they are made in China so I asked about lead paint. They swear they don't use lead paint...but still...I should probably get them tested.

I asked the question of what's the difference between the latex and the silicone. And also about if they make the simple plastic keys... (3 yrs ago when my son was 1 they did... now I can't find the dang cheapy keys anywhere.) Requested sample or coupons.

They e-mailed me regarding my answeres and did send me 2 paci's (one blue, one pink) and a bunch of coupons.

and for all those wondering... no, they don't make a simple cheap set of keys...but I did find some by the 1st yrs, had to go to babies r us. GRRR, but they were only 1.49

Yeah.. My daughter's cheapy keys came in an entire cheapy bottle that was a bank full of other cheapy toys..

Seriously..those toys can keep her busy for HOURS!!
