Hi NEW - Fred's SLA
Hello everyone! I just signed up to be Shopping List Assistant for Fred's!

I am excited to do this, since I have learned and benefited so much from AFC and this is a way for me to help others. I live/work in middle TN with DH and I am an empty nest mother of 4 sons, 1 daughter-in-law and 2 granddaughters!

I am not a regular Fred's shopper, but I have posted the current ad/shopping list and will do all I can to support Fred's shoppers!

They double up to .70 here in Alabama every Saturday. I rarely ever go, because they limit you to one like coupon to be doubled. I have not been in several months, does anyone know if that may have changed?

Thanks for helping out! In the current ad on one of the pages they promote the doubles (at least in mine). There were a few good things on sale.

I used to make Fred's part of my Saturday deal runs as we lived down the road from one. I would hit it first and then stop on the way home. We moved away but now are back in the area. So I plan to start going there more often.
