Stamp savers???
A few years ago FM was still doing their stamp saver promos where you could buy a book of stamps and it came with a bunch of Qs and it costs less than the face value of the stamps... I haven't seen that advertised in a while. Do they still do that promo? And if so, when?? TIA!

Stampsavers -- a loss leader in the first place -- was a casualty of Kroger's cost-cutting measures when the economy went south.
