Food Lion has the Betty Crocker Cookie mixes on sale for 99 cents... there was a IP coupon out there but I'm not sure if expired or not...for about 50 or 6o cents off the price. 99-50= 50 cents is your cost. The normal price for these are $2.09 a bag...they are located on the bottom shelf of the brownie/cake mixes aisle. I bought a lot of these to bake for my son's HS graduation party in June.

Also, On sale is the Food Lion brand of the different varieties of the cooking sprays which is B1G1 Free. I have bought the FL Canola Cooking Spray and it works just as well as Pam Cooking Spray and it cost you less in price.

I just wanted to add that State Fair corn dogs are on sale for $2.50 for a 6 pk. use the $1 FLIP & get them for $1.50.

Also Kraft select singles are on sale for $2.50 the $1 Kraft FLIP makes them $1.50.

My kids have been loving me for the lunchables! They are on sale for $1 each & then I had a bunch of $1 off 3 q's from the Sunday paper a couple of weeks ago. I won't have to make lunch for a week!

yep, I took advantage of the lunchables deal today with the same coupon, as DD has her SOL testing this week and has to pack lunch everyday.

The $.29/pound banana's in my area are the ones that are really ripe and have a red band around them..........

But I have loads of the free FL flushable wipes and it's saving me loads of $$ with the daycare business.
