I didn't think you would want to get marked down meet? I thought it was only MVP meat... The reason I say that is b/c the coupon goes by the total BEFORE MVP price... so whatever meat is on sale this week ( I think chicken is 50% off)... It goes by the original price... Does this make sense? It is way to early.. ...

Do you guys have the break down? Last time the apples were on sale and I bought them at the sale price rather than pre MVP and spent more than I had to. Total bummer |

| Based on past experience; if the meat was marked down ie clearance with a NEW barcode it would track the lower price in reaching the $8 threshold...vs the meat being on sale (MVP) where it would track the original price..but that is how it's worked at my store in the past so cannot speak to all stores in the Food Lion family of course.

My plan is to get potatoes, a watermelon, and some cucumbers with the produce I always get marked down meat so that's what I'll use the meat one for now what I actually get will more than likely change when I get to the store

At my store, the watermelons are on sale for $3.99, reg price is $5.99..if you add on something small like 1 squash or 1 cuke (around .45) your OOP should be around $2.45 or so.

| Yes, this is a great deal with the produce FLIP. I bought a watermelon ($5.99 sale $3.99)and an ear of corn (.53 sale .34). Not sure what exact produce + tax OOP was because I bought MD hamburger in the same transaction but it was not much over $2 for the produce alone.

You can also use these as competitor coupons at stores like Publix and Bi-Lo. Bi-Lo has ground beef for $2.69/lb this week.

Can someone post their breakdown for using the produce flip on items other than watermelon, please? I've bought the watermelon, but I'm having issues figuring out the best bang for my buck. I'm not sure what to buy with the meat flip. I've seen a few packs of mark down meat, but once again I'm trying to figure out the best deal. Thanks.

| Drea - On the Web Coupons or Flips you can print another using someone else's link. For example, if I post a link, covette posts a link and vabreadbaker post a link you would be able to click on those individual links and get 3 coupons.
