You can't use a BOGO free coupon together with a $3/2 coupon unless you are buying 4 items. How did this transaction end up going for you?

At lunchtime today I did this. I bought 2 shampoos and 2 stylers.

I end up paying $0.49 for all 4. Use 2 B1G1 Q and a $3/2 Q.

I actually used this purchase to do two things (1) to see if FL would take off for the 2nd styler which they didn't and (2) to use the $5 off $25 SQ Pantene = $19 then I added 5 Oscar Mayer meats a Sundrop Soda and DH frosting creations.

My oop was $0.05 after coupons.

Thank you very much for sharing the details. I wanted to get the Pantene to finish off my P&G rebate and I also wanted to use my 5/25 Q, but I hate going to register without knowing ahead of time what will happen - if I will owe or have to throw something in!

Yes it definately makes you feel better when the waters have been tested.

This morning the pantene B1G1 MQ automatically scanned as $4.99 off, so I was expecting that at my lunch trip. However this was at a different foodlion and when scanned it prompted for the price(which the cashier actually entered $3.50). It's definately a YMMV on how much they take off for those B1G1 q's.

Does the P&G rebate go by the amount paid out or the Pantene actual price?

It can also vary in the same store. My cashier today had a problem scanning some of my IP's and the Pantene B1G1 prompted for the price (she keyed in $3.99 ). She remarked that if we were on register #1, those IP's and the B1G1 would have scanned with no problem. Must be a newer register on #1 than the one where I was checking out.

Whatever price appears on your receipt across from the item.

I have heard people say that they have been approved for using the 100% when they only paid 50% off price. It depends on how your receipt prints it.

Hi, wluck! How were you able to use all of those coupons on just the 4 items? If you bought ONLY 4 items, you should not have been able to use either one of the B1G1Free coupons OR the $3/2 coupon. Or am I missing something and one of the coupons was actually the discount from Food Lion?

Four is the correct number of items for the 3 q's that you mentioned.

You get 2 shampoos and 2 stylers
You pay full price for items and get 2 items free with the BOGO free q's
Your $3/2 q comes off the 2 items that you paid full price for
and then, as a bonus, FL is deducting the cost of one of the stylers as well!

If you buy 4 items 2 B1G1F coupons only "attach" to 2 items (the free ones). The other 2 items you bought to get the 2 free ones do not have any coupon attached so you can use the $3 off 2 coupon. now all 4 items have a coupon attached to them. The free one from food lion is a FL promotion and comes up as a store coupon also the $5 off $25 is also a store coupon which only looks to see if your $25 retail purchase requirement has been met and therefore doesn't attach to any items. I also had a $1 off $7.50 HB product from the kiosk that I used.

But the ad says Limit 1 Reward Per Visit..... Did you have any problems, since they are in the same transaction?

Food Lion only credited me for one styler. That's why I paid only $0.49. If FL credited for 2 stylers it would have been a $3.00 MM
