HI! I emailed the company but no reply back. How business like of them. BUt I want to carry all coupon poilcys with me because it saves the disagreements. They treat us like we are stealing by useing Q's. So I like to fix that by doing right with Q's and proving it to them with the poilys in hand. Every store has there own way and I hate to spend my time shopping and then get to the cashier only to be fussed at and rolled eyes at.

I don't have it, but I was told the other day by a FL that is not my regular one that they are not taking internet printables-even their own.
This was their manager's decision.

Well, I tried to use one internet printable a few months back and was treated like a criminal at my local FL. There was a huge scene and comments about how people are trying to scam FL by making fraudulent coupons. This was over one $1 coupon!! I was so upset that I emailed customer service and requested the coupon policy. I also complained that with no policy posted, I had no idea I was doing anything wrong by trying to use a printed coupon. I received 2 phone calls from the store manager and a $20 gc but was told they do not have a coupon policy to post. I was also told that they will not accept internet coupons, only those put out online by FL each week.

However, I can go to the FL across town and they take them, so who knows???

We haven't had any problems at our Food Lion's using internet coupons (Food Lions or others) at all. But you can only use 1 printable of each of the Food Lion coups per order and they cannot be stacked with manufacturer coupons at our stores. I too haven't seen a written policy for Food Lion.

Food Lion does accept internet coupons. I have used IP coupons that I got from another site such as the manufacturer's page or smartsource.com and they have been fine. Also, FL offers 4 coupons weekly that are FL only coupons and are not manufacturer's coupons. They also link you to manufacturer's coupons that you select and print (they are also smartsource.com but carry the FL name as well). So I don't know what your manager is proclaiming but I would recommend that you suggest they vist the FL site. I know the mgr at our store did not even know about the catalina deals that FL posts on the website.

Amyford is correct in that they will not stack. Example: FL issues a Betty Crocker coupon in their 4 for the week and you find a Betty Crocker manuf. coupon. You can not combine.

Actually mine will stack. I always combine the weekly q's they issue with whatever mfr q's I can find. I guess it's YMMV as well.

I shop at 2 Food Lions by house and I never ever have a problem with IP coupons or the Shopper's companion coupons. Last week I when Silk milk was on sale for 2 for $ 5.00. I only bought one Silk and it only cost me 50 cents to get a 1/2 gallon.

Yeah, worth giving it a try. Mine actually took 4 of the Oreo q's and used the buy 4 Nabisco, get free milk q. So 4 oreos and a gallon of milk for $2!! Maybe I just am lucky at mine cuz I'm there constantly!

I havehad no trouble stacking store Q's with manufacturer Q's. Also, I never email food Lion with a problem. I call their main number and never have to wait too long. They normally fix things right then and there. I have had some stores to not want to issue a raincheck at the beginning of a sale. They want to tell me to come back again before the sale is out and junk like that but customer service says they must give you one then and there. And I was told if there ever is a problem during the main office hours, have the manager to call them and they will fix it. That has worked for me so many times. I have also had them to not want to take an old raincheck. I was told by customer service that they are to take them no matter how old they are.

where did u get the free milk coupon ???

There is a Mfr coupon that has a buy 4 Nabisco Cookies (all 9 oz or larger) or any 4 Post Cereals and get a Free Gallon of Milk, up to $4, exp 2-29-08. These were from a tearpad, I believe.

I cannot stack mfr and FL Q's but I can use the $2 Silk Soy Milk on our generator. As always, with ALL stores, there is NOT a set YES or NO for everyone. It is a YMMV!! One can and maybe the next one can't! Ya just gotta try! HTH..............
