I had a pretty good trip today even though the deals at Food Lion aren't as good as they used to be.

i'm so pleased with my deals. they have some kind of special K promotion every year! last year it was the $5 CAT deal. this year it's free orange juice.

So I decided to try and take advantage of some of the B1G1 deals before they end tonight here's what I got....

Country crock tub (2)
All laundry detergent was on sale 2.99 ($1 off coupon)
4 boxes of kellogs cereal B1G1

.70 cent off raisen bran

$1.00 off 2

$1.00 off when you buy milk as well
Pet Milk $1 coupon off
Iceburg lettuce .99
Hillshire farms lunch meant 2/$6 had two $1 off coupons

All in all I saved almost $21 and only paid OOP $22 not too bad... I'll take 50% off groceries anytime!!!

Airwick Freshomatic starter kit. was on mvp price of 5.99. I got 2 and used 4.00 off coupons. I pass by 3 stores on my way to work and all 3 had these units at that price. Regular price is 13 bucks for 1 unit. I used printable coupons and they worked just fine. I cant seem to find any more coupons. I would sure like to get a couple more.

I only had to buy 5 of the dove deodorant that were on sale for $2 to get the $3 off(unilever products) I had 5 of the $2 coupons so they must be using the original price instead of the sale price that gave me $3 to use for the GM cereal deal I bought 4 boxes of golden grahams used 4 x.75 coupons so with the extra $3 from the dove deal the cereal was free also
The Muellers pasta is still on sale for $1 a box so grabbed 2 of those and used
2 x $1 coupons my whole order was tax .94
The golden graham cereal coupons are located at smartsource and couponnetwork was able to print 2 from each sight

As if rite aid wasnt blowing my mind now we have this sale.Im going to Food Lion 2morrow to price all the unilever stuff.Tonight i bought 18 Dove DO's used 18 Q's and after the $10/$35 i had $10 to use on other food.Free food.yeah...Im going to hit up every Food Lion with this deal but wanna buy unilever stuff with the extra $10 so i can use Q's and get more for my money.Anyone know of any scenerios?

You only need to purchase 11 dove to receive the $10 instant savings. Everything with the unilever deal seems to be working figuring the $35 at normal pre MVP price.

It doesnt matter which order your card is scanned.yes i can confirm 11 D.O's work.Ive purchased 99 Doves and gotten $90 bucks in free food.I actually just added up all my receipts and paid about $20 in taxes so figure about $70 in free food.i got milk chicken turkey steaks etc etc.This has got to be the best deal on food ive done in a while.i still have about 12 FoodLions to hit up tomorrow.

Yes ive done this a few times and have used this deal to eat up the $10 overage from the dove deal.My pizzas are $5.39(minus $1 Q on each) =$8.78 then used a .50 Q on the NY garlic bread so i still had a extra $1.73 to eat up so i bought various items for around $2.HTH.

Deoderants were on MVP for 2.00 (used 4 2.00 q's from last weekend)
Purchased four breyers ice cream 5.99 (but BOGO) (no q's) (11.96 for two)
Took the $10 off for unilver Deal
11.96-10.00

1.96 (plus tax)

Mine was 2.XX
