They were on the rack below the weekly ad. I have only seen these in one store. Hopefully they will start popping up at all of the stores soon.

Found a Jell-o tearpad. It has recipes and a coupon for .55 off any 2 boxes of Jell-o brand Gelatin or Pudding. It is good through 03/31/12 (yes, 2012!), states DND but starts with a "5".

I also found a tearpad today for $1/2 bags of Cheetos cheese flavored snacks, any flavors/varieties, 8 oz or larger. It's a MQ and expires 3/31/11.

The Jell-O tearpad was on a free-standing cardboard display in the Jell-O aisle. The Cheetos tearpad was on a Cheetos display at the end of an aisle (sorry ~~ can't remember which aisle) near the meat counters.

I found a tearpad, too, but it differs from yours. Mine says, "Save $5.00 after mail-in rebate off the purchase of any (2) 12-inch or larger DiGiorno Pizza." Compliments of Miller Lite. Expires 4/4/11. Good in VA and WV.

Another tearpad: BOGO Hormel Compleats microwave meal. These are on sale for $2 now and are also part of the BIG DEAL promo. I never buy these, but got 2 to try today. I had noticed that our local Food Lion was mostly void of blinkie machines. Today I went and actually saw a couple of ladies pushing carts full of blinkie machines and installing them. As I shopped I noticed quite a few especially in the Pet Food aisle. The coupons are small squares and they say manufacturers coupon. I guess you can't use another mq with these but I am glad to see them.
