The store in Forest City, NC is participating, but I am not sure which spices are working on this, because I bought 4 and only got a $1.00 coupon.It says on it if you buy 4, you get a $3.00 coupon. I bought black pepper, minced onions, meat tenderizer, and grillmates chicken seasoning.

my mom tried this is mt airy & new market, maryland ... bought 4 spices at each store and got no catalina, not sure what she bought though, i know she told me black pepper and cinnamon not sure of the others

Has anyone who didn't get a cat called the company to ask them to see if they should have? Catalina Company 1-888-322-3814.

I have a copy of the cat instructions for Harris Teeter, which are usually exactly the same at other participating stores, and it does specify on this one: "But McCormick SPICES, HERBS OR EXTRACTS ONLY during purchase dates", the purchase dates are 10/30-12/27. Again, this is from HT, but in my experience they all do it the same way.

Anyway, spices, herbs and extracts should certainly include cinnamon but probably wouldn't include the grill seasonings, which I think are classified differently.

They are working for me in North Carolina! I have been doing this deal for two weeks now and it works great on the Cinnamon that is .87 I shop at 4 different Food Lions and they all are giving the Cats on the Cinnamon!

I also found out last night that you can save up all the cats and use them in one transaction! I wasn't sure this could be done, but I had $18.00 in cats and went in and bought a Spiral Ham and used all $18.00 and paid .76 for the ham!! Great deal!

Works in s.e. GA - cinnamon, paprika + black pepper worked for me. Previously when this deal ran in Oct. worked also for parsley and oregano.

I have been using the q that expires 11/22/09...I didn't even know there was one that expired in December! LOL I need to find that one now!
