They are opening a Food Lion near my house and I have never been in one or heard anything about it so I was wondering do they have good deals or whats the scoop! Do they usually have good coupons? Blinkies?

I think they have good deals, but its like all other store you just have to watch the sales. Food lion also has flips that they put out every week and generally expire 2 weeks after issue. These are food lion coupons that you can combine with a manu q but you can only use 1 like flip per trans per day. They so have blinkies in there stores and theres start with a 5 so if you have a store in your area that doubles/triples would be good to get some to use at the others stores. HTH
