I've been on it forever. I get a survey from time to time, sometimes they are interesting. But never get any incentives. I think they enter the names of survey participants into a drawing for a $50 gift card or something but I've never gotten anything for answering any of the surveys

I got an email from FL saying that I won a $25 Gift Card. I have to print a form and mail it to them so they receive it by 10/20/09 and they will mail me a GC in 6-8 weeks. Yippee!!!

Moggy, I did take a survey a couple weeks ago. I completely forgot about that!!Here is a copy/paste of the email:
